The Sneaker Clinic ONLY sells new, quality 100% authentic Nike shoes. All other products sold by The Sneaker Clinic are 100% authentic from the manufacturers as well. We only purchase shoes from authorized dealers. Shoes are also inspected for authenticity and quality when received.
Credit Card Information - The Sneaker Clinic does not collect or store customer credit card information. Your credit card information given at the time of checkout is through PayPal. They are responsible for the handling of your credit card information and it is advisable to read their policy concerning this.
What methods of payment do The Sneaker Clinic accept?
The Sneaker Clinic uses Paypal's shopping cart system to accept credit card and bank payments. All customers must place their order with a confirmed address. We are unable to ship items to alternate addresses.
You do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase from The Sneaker Clinic . Customers without a Paypal account will be setting up an account with Paypal while you go through the payment process.
Once you have a Paypal account, returning purchases to The Sneaker Clinic or to any web sites that accepts Paypal payments can be done in just a few clicks. Paypal is an eBay company with robust, industry leading security to protect your financial information.
Are my payments to The Sneaker Clinic secure?
All Payment are done online through the 100% secured "https" Paypal server. Paypal is an eBay company that is trusted worldwide. The Sneaker Clinic will never recieve your credit card number, as Paypal transfers your payment to us. Also, you never have to worry about your credit card info getting stolen or sold to other parties, because Paypal protects the sensitive information on its online secure servers.
Is it possible to exchange or return the products I buy from The Sneaker Clinic?
*All sales are final. No returns or exchanges except for incorrect items or sizes sent.
Do the products come in their original box and/or packaging?
All our products come in the original box. They come in the same, authentic boxes as you would find at your local retail store. Retro and/or Authenticity cards always accompany our products when applicable. 100% Dead stock merchandise delivered right to your door, guaranteed.
How are the products shipped?
We ship via USPS (Priority & Express) as well as EMS, We understand that some of you are collectors, as are we. The boxes and the accompanying materials are as important as the shoes themselves, so we take great care to box or wrap them before we allow them to leave.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders generally ship within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. Domestic orders usually arrive at your door within 5-14 days (many are special order and ship from waehouse in Hong Kong) from the date of purchase. (as long as all request information is provided, i.e. EBAYID, Phone #, etc...)
Will I receive a tracking number for the products I order?
Yes, you will be emailed an automated tracking number when your item ships. You can also check tracking info by going to your Paypal account.
Is The Sneaker Clinic a retail store?
We are currently only an online store with an office and warehouse in US and Hong Kong. We do not have any retail locations.
Are the products listed on The Sneaker Clinic authentic?
We only sell authentic products and footwear. We DO NOT, nor will we ever, sell variants and/or fakes. Our products are supplied by authorized retailers.
Do you have other colors and sizes in stock?
All our our available items are posted on The Sneaker Clinic. New items are posted daily and availability is based on how long they have been posted.
How does The Sneaker Clinic determine pricing?
We base our prices on our cost. Because most manufacturers do not sell to online merchants, we get our products from local stores. We aim to sell most our shoes under retail prices.
How does The Sneaker Clinic get such collection of rare and exclusive shoes?
We have arrangements with many domestic & foreign retailers to exchange or buy styles that are limited edition or not released in the U.S. We are always looking for new suppliers who can provide us with rare & unique, authentic products.
